Transforming Sports Venues
The REDDIE Way
There's a reason sport gets people out of the house. It's not solely about the score, it's the shared table before kickoff, the same seat every week, the room that fills up and roars together. With World Cup euphoria sweeping the globe and footy season in full swing back home, it felt like the right moment to look at the venues behind that spirit, and how we specify for them.

Each one of these projects starts with a different brief, but what stays consistent on our end is the system behind it: an in-house library of materials, finishes and tailoring options our team can adapt fast, whatever the ask.
The Pavilion at the Melbourne Cricket Ground
(MCG)
For one of Melbourne's most prestigious sporting venues, the brief called for an elevated hospitality fit-out on a deadline set by the Boxing Day Test.
Juicy Design specified Cinta dining chairs and barstools, plus indoor and outdoor Milton stools, upholstered in TEXTYLE, our 100% recycled textile fabric, in blush, with a custom RAL powder-coat applied across every frame. Being minutes from our Surry Hills showroom meant fast sampling and a fit-out ready well before the first ball was bowled.

Club Marconi
Sydney

A local football club that's as much community hub as venue needed furniture flexible enough for quiet weekday meals one day and a full house on match day the next. We tailored Bob Pedestal Tables across dining and bar heights, with a contrast border in Teak Natural and Teak Walnut, topped in solid wood, marmoleum inlay, and marble or granite depending on the zone. Rita Dining Chairs in durable vinyl and rattan handle the high-traffic seating, and a one-off Dora Drum Table with reeded timber detailing on the D-shaped legs gives the space its own signature moment.

Sutherland Sharks
Football Club (FC)
Welcoming supporters since 1930, this clubhouse needed a weatherproof refresh with the club's signature blue non-negotiable. Five Foot One specified our Mimi outdoor table and bench, Milton outdoor stool and Bob Outdoor Pedestal table, all in reclaimed teak with stainless steel powder-coat frames, built for Aussie conditions and finished in a blue matched precisely to club colours.
