Our Versatile 100% Recycled Plastic Panels

From a Bar to a Commercial Workspace to a Museum

Three very different spaces. One shared material. And a story about what happens when interior designers put sustainability first.

100% recycled PP and HDPE panels made from bottle tops, hangers, and household plastics without any additives, installed in Razz Room jazzbar, a QBE's new workplace, and the iconic Australian Museum. All tailored to exact requirements, varying in shape, profile, and thickness.

These projects reflect something broader about how REDDIE works. Our range of reclaimed and recycled materials isn’t limited to a single typology or application, and neither is our approach. We collaborate closely with designers to identify the right material for each project, whether that’s a panel, a surface, or something that hasn’t been tried before. That openness is where the possibilities expand.

QBE Perth could have easily made their joinery from laminate, marble, or timber veneer. Similarly, the Australian Museum could have easily used an acrylic material for the exhibition seating. However, all of the interior designers engaged REDDIE with an intention to learn more about the product, improve the sustainability of their respective projects, and were willing to speak with us at length regarding swatches, production and fabrication.

Odd Culture Group's Razz Room, an underground daiquiri bar and discotheque in the Sydney CBD that channels 1970s New York disco glamour, was designed by Studio Vista, where they used our Rust recycled plastic. Downstairs features a sunken dancefloor and intimate banquette seating enveloped in velvet and rich, warm tones, where our recycled plastic tables with our Bob base blend in seamlessly.

At QBE Perth, designed by Hassell’s Perth studio, Senior Interior Designer Jinn Wan specified REDDIE’s 100% recycled plastic panels in Rust and Pearl across multiple applications throughout the office including the reception and entrance joinery benches.

It’s a small but meaningful signal. Interior designers hold real influence over how materials are specified - and when that influence is guided by curiosity and intention, it moves the needle on circularity in the built environment.

Their polished frames echo the architectural detailing, while the deep woven textiles add warmth without disrupting the calmness of the room. It’s a demonstration of how versatile the Cinta range can be when paired with a restrained, light-driven interior.
The result is a workspace shaped for focus, connection and ease of movement. A continuation of BresicWhitney’s ongoing commitment to thoughtful, architecturally rich environments across their portfolio.

This Inner West office doesn’t announce itself loudly; instead, it offers a sense of quiet confidence, aligning seamlessly with the brand’s creative and community-centred ethos.
